Actor Anjali Anand, who is receiving accolades for her performance as Lovely in StarPlus’ daily Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, prefers being called a ‘desi’ girl than a ‘western’ girl.
Donning the role of a high-society woman on the show, Anjali has to pretend to live a life that is not at all desi. She says that she is completely opposite from Lovely in real life. Anjali also loves jamming to typical Bollywood songs and is always a very good dancer.
Recently, she posted a picture on social media in a saree attire where she captioned it “Kitna bhi western ho jao, phir bhi dil hai Hindustani.”
We all agree that a woman looks best in an Indian attire!
