Sumadhura Group voted among the 50 best real estate brands in India

IBE selected brands basis several parameters, including sales velocity, price appreciation etc.

Bengaluru, November 27, 2018 - Sumadhura Group, one of South India’s leading realty majors, have been chosen as one of the ‘Best Real Estate Brands’ of 2018 in India, by International Brand Equity (IBE), a global brand research, market research, and strategy firm. The brands were evaluated on the basis of consumer satisfaction, brand valuation, brand awareness, and brand strength.

To analyze how various challenges were tackled by the individual companies, IBE announced the top 50 real estate brands for residential, commercial and others real estate players in major cities. The comprehensive analysis for the real estate brands was done based on various parameters like the value of projects which indicated the total units launched by the company; sales velocity, that showed how fast units in a project had been selling.

IBE also validated the price appreciation to analyze the pace at which price of a particular project had risen, faster the rise in prices of the property higher was the score given to the company. Also, there were some secondary factors like price benchmarking, rental benchmarking, the total space built by the company and vacancy levels for commercial projects by the company etc. that were considered by the IBE.
